Yes, we do, but we recommend businesses do AM deliveries on Monday’s or Thursdays to ensure we deliver within the business hours.

You can put in your order notes a time request. We will always try to accommodate time requests but cannot guarantee any time slots.

Pre-Order & Pickup

Place your order on the website by picking the day you would like to order your meals and select the location you would like to pick it up from. Pick ups will always be ready after 3:30 pm, you can always call the store to see if it arrived early that day.

Unfortunately, we have our routes completed the morning of deliveries and may be unable to change your delivery time.

For your convenience, if you’d like to receive a pickup or delivery from us the same day every week then a subscription will be helpful to you. Pick the meals you’d like to receive weekly, and you will automatically get them every week on the day you picked. You will be automatically charged, and your bag will be autogenerated every Saturday. You can update the meals in your bag the Friday before midnight for the next week. We will contact you if there are any meals in your bag being rotated off.

Yes, you can! You can freeze your subscription for up to two weeks. We recommend if you need it paused for longer that you cancel the subscription and start it back up when you would like to restart it.

Please feel free to give us a call and we can pull up your order and make any adjustments you need. Changes must be made before 6pm the day before your delivery.

We do our best to use minimal seasoning but also maintain the tasty flavor in our meals. Most of our ingredients naturally contain sodium, so we use a smaller portions of organic Pink Himalayan Salt and other macro-friendly seasonings.

We offer a "custom meal" and "by the pound" option that's available online only. These options are minimally seasoned (just for some flavor). You can view more details about each ingredient here (add hyperlink to vie custom meal and by the pound).

Yes we do! Our low carb meals that have "keto-friendly" in the meal description will be the best fit for you. To expand your variety of meal choices use our "custom meal" and "by the pound" options. We also have snacks and drinks that are keto-friendly.

We source our food from a couple venders. A few, but not limited to will be Get Fresh, Restaurant Depot and Melissa’s. We do request organic products, but they’re not always what we receive. We try to find the best and healthiest ingredients with a sensible price to make it affordable for everyone.

You can freeze your meals for up to 30 days, just make sure you put them in the freezer before the expiration date. Best results for reheating frozen meals are to let it thaw in your fridge for half a day to a full day and microwave it like normal.

We have an ever rotating and have these options at times. We do have several snacks and drinks that are vegetarian and vegan friendly. We also offer by the pound options on our website to help with your own meal prepping.

We do have a one-day turnaround for pick up/delivery orders, but you can always stop by one of our storefronts to grab your meals same day. You can also do an over the phone order by calling one of the stores and they can bag it up and have it ready for you same day.

As long as you place your order before 6pm then you can receive a pickup or delivery next day. If you would like an AM delivery for Monday or Thursday, you will need to place your order 2 days in advance before 6pm.
