I'd like to share a little about myself and look forward to meeting new & current Foodies.
I'm a certified Nutrition Coach through Precision Nutrition, a global leader within Nutrition Academies. My passion for this field has encompassed over 10yrs of nutrition education and the ability to not only assist others, but my own health as well.
Throughout this journey I've shed over 120 pounds and competed in the men's physique division of bodybuilding.
I strive to live a happy & healthy lifestyle and enjoy sharing simple life balancing solutions. As a coach, my focus is to learn as much about each individual and create a realistic plan which best suits your health goals & needs.
